The front of the house is gorgeous and very green when everything is in bloom!  They yard sits nicely about the road to provide more privacy, and it is very low maintenance.  The home faces west which provides ample shade in the back yard.

Our very favorite part about this home is the very private, fully covered back patio.  it has a bar for entertaining, and a ceiling fan and mister system to keep it cool on hot summer days.  This is outdoor living at its finest!  There is a hot tub in back that will be included at the asking price.
