The front of the house is gorgeous and very green when everything is in bloom! They yard sits nicely about the road to provide more privacy, and it is very low maintenance. The home faces west which provides ample shade in the back yard.
This is the main area of the house. It is very open and the family room can seat a lot of people! The dinning room is also very large and there is enough space to seat 8-10 people comfortably. There is a very nice entryway with a large real wood door and fun design elements that give a great first impression when welcoming guests into the home.
Our very favorite part about this home is the very private, fully covered back patio. it has a bar for entertaining, and a ceiling fan and mister system to keep it cool on hot summer days. This is outdoor living at its finest! There is a hot tub in back that will be included at the asking price.

This kitchen is one of my favorite parts about this home! There is ample amount of cabinetry and storage, and a number of large drawer banks which are great for storage as well! There is also a small desk, office area right within the kitchen which is the perfect spot for the family computer. The rich, dark, modern alder cabinets add so much sophistication to this home. There is also a custom designed travertine backsplash and beautiful granite!
This is the master bedroom. With the fresh, soft colors and natural stone throughout, it feels more like a spa retreat! The master bedroom also has a small built-in desk area with custom built in shelving and his and her closets in the master bath. The master bedroom walks out to the private patio and outdoor hot tub as well.
This is the guest/main bath for the house. It has a nice large vanity, marble countertops, a travertine sink, and a lot of nice natural stone details throughout.
Even the laundry room is full of cabinetry, travertine, and a deep sink.

There is also an additional den/office that we use as a second family room. It has 2 closets with a TON of extra storage!
My favorite part about this yard is the HUGE fully covered, patio. It is closed in on 3 sides so it is protected from the sun, wind, and rain. You can sit out on the patio is the middle of the summer, turn on the misters and fan, and it feels amazing! Because of the way the house faces, the backyard only gets morning sun and is nicely shaded in the afternoon.
